CRM Portal is a robust hosted CRM solution provided by TOP TEKS, LLC. As an IT Services provider, we were always in need of a cost effective solution to track the service issues we addressed, both from a time management perspective and a billing perspective. Finding an affordable but functional solution was not as simple a task as one would think. We discovered that this issue is not unique to us, but that many service providers and corporate IT Department struggle with this same issue. There are a number of CRM solutions on the market, however, the more robust and functional they are, the more cost prohibitive they become.
Having come to terms with this reality, TOP TEKS embarked on an initiative to provide a cost effective Help Desk solution for IT Service Providers and corporate IT Departments. As the processed evolved, it became apparent that to provide a complete solution, we could not focus on simply a Help Desk ticketing system. We needed to expand our thinking to incorporate additional CRM components and provide a complete CRM solution. The result of this process was the birth of CRM Portal.
